- The room — main bathroom, ensuite, small bathroom, laundry, or a rental
- House or unit. For units, whether you've talked to the strata manager
- Roughly how old the house is. "Fibro, probably fifties" is plenty
- Floor type if you know it — slab or timber
- What's wrong — leaking, mouldy, soft floor, too small, just old
- Who uses it. If anyone needs grab rails or a step-free shower, mention it
- For rentals, when the current lease ends
- Photos of the room, the ceiling and anything that looks damaged
Why we come and measure
Two bathrooms the same size can be thousands of dollars apart. Fibro in the walls, a rotten floor under the shower, old pipes or forty steps up from the street all change the price, and none of it shows up on the phone.
The measure's free and takes about half an hour. Ask whatever you like, including for licence and insurance details.

If it's urgent
If water's coming through a ceiling, into a unit below or under the floor, turn off the shower or the tap feeding the leak, and in a unit let your strata manager know straight away. Then give us a ring and mention it's leaking so the measure can be booked sooner.
